Job summary

element MEA in the UAE is seeking a technically proficient Technical Sales Engineer – Tower Crane Spare Parts to join its Cranes Division in Sharjah. You'll leverage mechanical engineering know‑how and deep product knowledge of tower crane components to identify spare parts and win new business.

You will build relationships with crane rental companies, contractors and dealers, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery while hitting sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical or spare parts sales in crane/heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of tower crane components.
• Ability to read drawings and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities for tower crane spare parts.
• Build relationships with crane rental companies and contractors.
• Identify spare parts using crane models, manuals, and catalogs.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate terms.
• Generate new leads through market research and client visits.
