Job summary

ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead growth in the crane manufacturing sector. The role focuses on technical/project sales for cranes, lifting equipment, and customized solutions within the UAE market and wider GCC.

The ideal candidate will drive new business, manage key accounts, and build long-term relationships with industrial clients, EPCs, and end users, while coordinating with engineering teams to deliver tailored proposals and close major contracts.

Qualifications

5–10+ years of B2B sales experience in cranes or related machinery.
Proven track record in technical/project sales.
Strong network with industrial clients, EPCs, and contractors in UAE/GCC.
Experience handling large-value capital equipment and negotiations.
Excellent communication and proposal development skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in UAE and GCC.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with industrial clients and EPCs.
Sell EOT cranes, overhead cranes, gantry cranes, hoists, and related lifting equipment.
Maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, factories and end users.
Prepare commercial proposals, tenders and contracts; negotiate terms and pricing.
