Element is seeking a results-driven Technical Sales professional in the UAE to develop and close sales for tower crane spare parts and mechanical components. You will build and maintain relationships with crane rental firms, construction contractors, and parts distributors, using crane models and catalogs to identify replacements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience in technical or spare parts sales within crane/heavy equipment.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Experience in B2B sales and commercial negotiations.
UAE market experience and network is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop sales opportunities for tower crane spare parts and mechanical components.
Build relationships with rental companies, contractors, equipment dealers, and maintenance providers.
Identify spare parts using crane models, technical drawings, manuals, and catalogs.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, follow up on enquiries and close sales.
Generate new leads through market research, networking and client visits.
Coordinate with procurement and suppliers on pricing, availability and delivery timelines.
Maintain customer records, sales pipelines and quotation follow-ups.
Achieve sales targets and develop long-term customer relationships.
