Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a Technical Purchase Assistant / Document Controller in Dubai to support technical documentation, PO processing, logistics coordination, and interdepartmental supplier communication.

The candidate will manage technical docs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate records and clear documentation across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of technical documentation, preferably power tools.
• Fresh graduates welcome if strong purchasing knowledge or an engineering degree.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, review, and management of technical documentation.
• Prepare, process, and follow up on purchase orders and related docs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics teams, and internal departments.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, shipping docs, invoices, and procurement needs.
• Maintain records of POs, documents, quotations, deliveries, and supplier comms.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams on orders and docs.
• Support logistics coordination, including shipment follow-ups and docs.
