RTB House Dubai is seeking a Technical Account Management Team Leader to oversee a technical support team across our advertising operations. The role combines leadership with hands-on collaboration on RTB campaigns and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital marketing, strong campaign management skills, and fluency in English. Hybrid work in Dubai offers exposure to cutting-edge real-time bidding technology.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead or in a similar role.
• About 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within retargeting, in technical capacity roles.
• Good knowledge of online campaign management.
• Knowledge of Firebug tools, Chrome DevTools and debugging tracking scripts.
• Fluency in English language.
