The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital marketing, strong campaign management skills, and fluency in English. Hybrid work in Dubai offers exposure to cutting-edge real-time bidding technology.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead or in a similar role.
• About 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within retargeting, in technical capacity roles.
• Good knowledge of online campaign management.
• Knowledge of Firebug tools, Chrome DevTools and debugging tracking scripts.
• Fluency in English language.

Responsibilities

• Support, coordinate and supervise the work of the team members responsible for the technical support of the company's business teams.
• Launching and optimising advertising campaigns with Real-Time Bidding technology.
• Collaborate with local head of technical account management team and other technical teams and departments of the company.
• Develop tools and procedures in order to improve the work of both own and other technical teams.
