You will drive multi-channel strategies across search, social, programmatic, and e-commerce, own client relationships, translate objectives into actionable plans, and deliver insights through rigorous reporting and reviews.

Formación

• 5+ years in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Proven leadership of teams and client accounts.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and performance/e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into insights.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

Job Description

Job Description: The Performance Manager will oversee a portfolio of performance-driven accounts, managing a team of executives and ensuring the delivery of campaigns that meet and exceed client KPIs. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of digital channels (search, social, programmatic, e-commerce), and the ability to translate client objectives into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel performance campaigns.
• Manage and mentor a team of Performance Executives and Senior Executives.
• Own client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for performance strategy and delivery.
• Develop media plans aligned with client objectives and ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor account health, revenue pacing, and ROI delivery.
• Conduct detailed analysis and deliver actionable insights through reporting and business reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, ad ops, programmatic, data science) for integrated solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and performance marketing innovations.

Requirements
