Job summary

Delivery Hero in Dubai is seeking a Head of Account Management for Local Shops to drive Quick Commerce growth. You will lead a multinational team, monitor partner performance, and ensure key metrics and profitability targets are met.

The role requires 5+ years in Sales/Account Management in E-commerce or related sectors, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and fluency in English. Arabic is a plus, with a focus on timely execution and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales/account management experience in e-commerce, food-tech, or large multinational FMCG.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Proven problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and deadline management.
• Fluent English; Arabic beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor partner performance, growth, net fail rate and net take rates.
• Lead vertical commissions and profitability management.
• Produce metrics to track team performance and progress.
• Achieve monthly vertical account management targets.
• Manage team workload and ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks.
• Guide and motivate the team for optimal performance.

Role Summary

Whats on Your Plate

• Monitor and maintain partner performance order growth net fail rate and net take rates.
• Responsible for vertical commissions and profitability.
• Produce metrics which provide visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance.
• Ensure achieving the monthly vertical account management targets.
• Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality.
• Handle communication with the team live meetings email correspondence reporting etc.
• Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Logistics and Finance team to ensure an effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated.
• Communicate business performance to key business leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead on new projects initiatives required across the Local Shops Vertical.
