Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate stewarding staff during events or daily operations.
• Allocate duties and positions to team members according to event or venue requirements.
• Conduct pre-event briefings and ensure staff understand roles, responsibilities, and safety procedures.
• Monitor crowd behavior and manage entry, exit, and queue control to ensure public safety.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, or customer concerns in a calm and professional manner.
• Liaise with security, management, and emergency services when required.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and venue regulations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
• Complete incident reports and provide feedback to management.
• Support training and development of stewarding staff

Job Summary
