Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, restaurant, and service areas at all times.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment properly.
• Follow hotel standards, HACCP, and food safety regulations strictly.
• Assist chefs and service staff with basic kitchen and service tasks.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling according to hotel procedures.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, workstations, and storage areas.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during peak service hours.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

• Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel will be an added advantage
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered
• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• Certification or training in food safety or hygiene (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage
