Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate stewarding staff during events and daily operations.
• Allocate duties and positions according to event or venue requirements.
• Conduct pre-event briefings and ensure staff understand roles and safety procedures.
• Monitor crowd behavior and manage entry, exit, and queue control.
• Respond to incidents or customer concerns calmly and professionally.
• Liaise with security, management, and emergency services as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and venue regulations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Complete incident reports and provide feedback to management.
• Support training and development of stewarding staff.

Skilled in team leadership, crowd control, customer service, and compliance with safety regulations. Proven ability to brief teams, manage incidents, communicate effectively with supervisors and security teams, and maintain high standards of professionalism and service under pressure.
