Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Fulfillment Team Leader for its Hypermarket UAE online operations. The role oversees day-to-day fulfillment tasks, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and last-mile handover while coordinating with store, IT, and customer service teams to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in logistics, strong English communication, and proficiency with warehouse systems and SAP/Salesforce. Arabic skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in E-commerce, Business Admin or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile delivery preferred.
• Proficient with warehouse systems and MS Office; advanced Excel, SAP, Salesforce.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce fulfilment operations: picking, packing, handover to last-mile.
• Coordinate across operations, commercial, IT, customer service, and logistics.
• Maintain dark-store organization, stock levels, and cold-chain standards.
• Ensure on-time dispatch, accurate quantities, proper packing and quality control.
• Identify and resolve logistics, operational, and system process challenges.
• Implement attendance, performance management and disciplinary actions as required.
• Mentor the team and coordinate with HC for training and staffing needs.
• Contribute to development and implementation of MAF Retail policies and best practices.

JOB TITLE

Fulfillment Team Leader | MAF Retail | Hypermarket UAE

ROLE SUMMARY

The Fulfillment Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day execution of fulfillment operations which includes Picking, Marshalling activities. When applicable, the role holder should liaise with the store and make sure that the customers are fully satisfied with the online services in terms of freshness, quality and fulfillment of their orders.

ROLE PROFILE

• Manage daily e‑commerce fulfilment operations, including picking, packing, and handover to the last‑mile team.
• Ensure smooth coordination across operations, commercial, IT, customer service, and last‑mile delivery functions.
• Maintain dark store organization, stock adequacy, cleanliness, and proper cold‑chain and goods segregation standards.
• Guarantee on‑time dispatch, accurate delivery quantities, proper packing, and quality control to prevent damages and losses.
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve logistics, operational, and system process challenges.
• Implement performance management, attendance monitoring, and disciplinary actions in line with company standards.
• Develop team capabilities through mentoring, on‑the‑job training, and coordination with HC for training needs and staffing adequacy.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of MAF Retail policies, procedures, and operational best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in E‑commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Hands‑on experience in e‑commerce fulfilment and last‑mile delivery (preferred).
• Strong operational and commercial knowledge with experience in cross‑functional environments.
• Proficiency in warehouse/distribution systems and computer applications (MS Office, advanced Excel, SAP, Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with full professional proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
