As a Team Leader, Platinum you will monitor and control the entire Reservation operation according to the department standards. You will ensure that every caller directed to the Reservations department receives an optimum level of services and care at all times. The successful candidate will be required to check the Reservations Trace report on a daily basis and allocate outstanding tasks to reservations agent/supervisors, ensuring that all traces are suitably resolved before day end.
A minimum of one year experience with Reservations or significant experience of working in contact center. The successful candidate will be required to have experience in selling, cross selling, and upselling multi properties in central environment is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, Proficiency in English and other language is an advantage. Full knowledge of the Property Management System (Opera) is required.
