Job summary

Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai invites an experienced Reservations Team Leader (Platinum) to oversee the entire reservation operation. You will ensure top-tier service for every caller, review the daily trace report, and allocate tasks to reservations agents and supervisors to resolve issues by day end.

The role requires at least one year in reservations or contact centre work, proficiency in English, and knowledge of Opera PMS.

About The Role

As a Team Leader, Platinum you will monitor and control the entire reservation operation according to the department standards. You will ensure that every caller directed to the Reservations department receives an optimum level of service and care at all times. The successful candidate will be required to check the Reservations trace report on a daily basis and allocate outstanding tasks to reservations agents/supervisors, ensuring that all traces are suitably resolved before day end.

About You

A minimum of one year experience with reservations or significant experience of working in a contact centre. The successful candidate will have experience in selling, cross‑selling and upselling multi‑property services in a central environment is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English and other languages is an advantage. Full knowledge of the Property Management System (Opera) is required.
