Role Context
The Resort Assistant Manager leads Front Services during daily operations and represents the resort as a visible service ambassador. The role connects Front Office, Housekeeping, and relevant support departments to ensure arrivals, departures, and in-house experiences are coordinated professionally and completed according to resort standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Front Desk and lobby operations.
- Ensure Front Services maintain five-star guest-service standards.
- Monitor arrivals, departures, room readiness, and in-house guest requirements.
- Coordinate Front Office activities with Front Services and Housekeeping.
- Engage other resort departments when requests require additional support.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence in guest-facing areas.
- Welcome guests and provide confident assistance when needed.
- Review important guest information, preferences, and special requirements.
- Monitor service delivery and resolve gaps before they affect guest satisfaction.
- Handle complex concerns and lead appropriate service-recovery actions.
- Follow up with guests to confirm that issues have been resolved.
- Guide colleagues during demanding shifts and high-occupancy periods.
- Communicate operational priorities through clear briefings.
- Coach team members in luxury-service standards and professional conduct.
- Support colleague training, development, and motivation.
- Encourage collaboration and a healthy team environment.
- Ensure departmental procedures and resort policies are followed.
- Maintain clear and timely communication between operational teams.
- Support complete handovers between shifts.

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor 's degree in Hospitality Management or another relevant discipline.
- Between 2 and 3 years of experience in a comparable management role.
- Previous employment with a recognized international luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong understanding of Front Office, Front Services, lobby, and guest-journey operations.
- Proven ability to coordinate several hotel departments.
- Demonstrates a high level of hospitality and professionalism.
- Able to motivate colleagues and maintain demanding service standards.
- Confident addressing guests and handling complex situations.
