Job summary

Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai seeks a capable hospitality professional to assist the Restaurant General Manager in upholding the highest standards across operations. You will drive KPI performance focused on Guest, People, Product and Profit, and lead training and coaching to motivate colleagues while safeguarding department profitability.

The role requires a minimum of five years’ beach bar or related luxury-hospitality experience, plus solid business acumen and P&L understanding.

About The Role

• We are seeking an individual who will be assisting the Restaurant General Manager in making sure that highest standards and quality are achieved throughout the operations.
• Past success in driving departmental KPI's focusing on Guest, People, Product and Profit is vital in this role.
• You will engage and motivate colleagues through training, coaching and strong communication whilst overseeing the profitability of the department.

About You

• The ideal candidate must have a minimum 5 years of relevant beach bar experience or other experience related to this field.
• Previous international exposure with 5-star hotel experience is preferred.
• A solid understanding of business acumen and overall P&L is essential in this role.
