Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in managing tax audits and legal documentation.

Overview

We are hiring a Tax Manager for a multinational group in the F&B/FMCG industry headquartered in Dubai South. This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced tax professional with a strong background in corporate tax compliance and reporting across multiple GCC jurisdictions.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee corporate tax compliance across the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
  • Manage VAT filings and excise duty submissions, ensuring accuracy and full compliance.
  • Lead product registration processes for excise duties in applicable countries.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) reporting and documentation requirements.
  • Support transfer pricing documentation and policy implementation.
  • Assist with legal documentation related to taxation and regulatory matters.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, external consultants and internal departments.
  • Monitor updates in tax legislation and adapt processes accordingly.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CA ACCA CPA (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant tax experience ideally within the F&B or FMCG industry.
  • Proficient in Oracle ERP and tax reporting systems.
  • Strong knowledge of GCC tax laws including corporate tax, VAT, excise duties and UBO regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing tax audits and legal documentation.
