Job summary

National Contracting Co Ltd in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Manager – Recruitment to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for the E&C Cluster, guiding a small team and partnering with business leaders. You will develop annual recruitment plans, manage full-cycle hiring, mentor recruiters, and track metrics to improve sourcing, time-to-fill and quality of hire.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10-12 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years as a senior recruiter or team lead.
• Proven track record of managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and carry out the annual recruitment plan in line with manpower planning and business growth.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for E&C Cluster companies, including sourcing and screening candidates.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for selected cluster positions, including briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer and onboarding.
• Supervise and mentor recruiters and coordinators across the cluster companies.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers and advise on market trends and selection decisions.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and recommend improvements.
• Help keep improving recruitment processes, systems (ATS) and tools.
