Job summary

Ethara in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across the organization. You will develop recruitment strategies, craft roles, source candidates through diverse channels, and manage the candidate experience from interview through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Human Capital experience.
• Experience in the entertainment/events industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a recruitment strategy aligned with Ethara’s objectives.
• Create and refresh job descriptions for Ethara roles.
• Identify and source candidates via multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, agencies).
• Manage recruitment budget and report expenditures to leadership.
• Conduct interviews to assess skills, qualifications and fit.
• Ensure interview procedures align with Human Capital policies.
• Perform background checks and verify qualifications and references.
• Oversee job offers and onboarding programs for new hires.
• Develop relationships with recruitment agencies for talent sourcing.
• Monitor ATS data and recruitment metrics to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
