As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for the organization and ensuring the acquisition of top talent to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the organization
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events

Requirements:
