Job summary

Astra Engineering & Construction is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader in Abu Dhabi to drive end-to-end recruitment for engineering construction roles across corporate and project teams. You will develop innovative sourcing strategies for Oil & Gas and EPC sectors and partner with leaders to forecast workforce needs.

As a key partner, you will build robust talent pipelines, conduct market intelligence, and benchmark against competitors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, or Construction industries.
Proven track record in hiring for technical, engineering, and leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering construction corporate and project-based roles.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled professionals in the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
Conduct talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position Astra as an employer of choice.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring processes.
