Job summary

Al Asal Marbles is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the UAE to drive end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines and engage passive talent. You will identify needs, roles and candidate profiles, and connect the right people for the business.

The role requires extensive sourcing, interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and work independently. English proficiency is mandatory for this hands-on recruitment position.

Qualifications

• 13-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting in UAE/GCC, preferably in Construction and Stone Industry.
• Strong hands-on sourcing and headhunting experience.
• Ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities independently.
• Data-driven and organized with good follow-through.

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who can go beyond posting vacancies and actively find the right people. You will be responsible for understanding business needs building talent pipelines identifying high-quality candidates engaging passive talent and connect the right people for the business

What You ll Do
