Tanqeeb Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist in UAE seeks an experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring across Oil & Gas, EPC, and related sectors. You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals, databases, and networks, coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding while ensuring timely, compliant closures.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in staffing agencies, proven multi-industry hiring exposure, and strong communication and coordination

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a staffing/recruitment agency.
• Proven experience hiring for Oil & Gas industry roles and multiple industry sectors.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment portals, ATS, and MS Office applications.
