Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Recruitment & Sourcing Officer to drive technical, specialist and bulk hiring across multiple sectors. The role requires 1–3 years of recruitment experience and a proven ability to source and place candidates efficiently.

You will manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to joining, coordinate with clients and hiring managers, and maintain ATS records.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ recruitment experience, preferably within staffing, outsourcing or recruitment agencies.
• Proven delivery of technical, engineering or industrial recruitment assignments.
• Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination and client relationship skills.
• Ownership of deadlines, hiring targets and placement outcomes.
• UAE recruitment exposure preferred; ATS experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source screening and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, job portals, referrals and international talent networks.
• Deliver qualified shortlists within agreed timelines across vacancies.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and trackers, flagging hiring risks and delays early.
• Achieve strong CV-to-interview, offer-to-joining and placement conversion ratios.
• Coordinate with clients, hiring managers and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, agree priorities and secure timely feedback.
• Support assigned client accounts through regular updates, responsive communication and resolution of recruitment issues.
• Manage candidate engagement from submission through interviews, offers and successful joining.
