Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years relevant experience in UAE, Oil & Gas industry preferred.
• Experience in supplier management, purchase orders, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, and PO issuance.
• Review and process purchase requisitions from all departments in accordance with company procedures.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support uninterrupted business operations.
• Arrange and track offshore consignments, ensuring materials reach sites as required.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, standards, and operational procedures.
