• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas, EPC, and related projects.
• Screen CVs for technical fit across mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and QA/QC.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, and international channels.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, mobilization, and joining with client timelines.
• Maintain strong technical talent pools and provide updates to management.
