Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage the complete recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on identifying and attracting high-performing real estate agents and sales professionals. The role includes candidate sourcing, application screening, interviews, offer coordination and direct collaboration with management to meet the company’s recruitment requirements.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also develop reliable talent pipelines, maintain recruitment records and metrics, and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience
• Previous recruitment experience in Dubai real estate
• Demonstrated experience recruiting real estate agents and sales professionals
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection
• Experience using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems and social media sourcing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate directly with management
• Must be available to work full-time and on-site in Dubai
