Job summary

Danube Properties in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team and drive end-to-end recruitment across real estate functions. You will source, screen and hire top talent while delivering a seamless candidate experience in a fast-paced UAE market.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of UAE real estate recruitment experience, strong knowledge of local labor regulations, and excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of Real estate recruitment experience within UAE.
• Experience hiring for sales, marketing, engineering, construction, corporate, and support functions.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate onboarding process
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE labor regulations
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports and ATS data
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment events when required
