As we continue to grow we are looking for a proactive and well-connected Talent Acquisition HR Specialist to help us build a high-performing sales organization.

About the Role

This is first and foremost a recruitment role. Your primary responsibility will be to continuously identify headhunt attract and hire experienced real estate agents and sales professionals to join HEAVEN Properties. This is an ongoing talent acquisition role focused on building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates not a one-time hiring project. Alongside recruitment you will support key HR initiatives employee engagement and HR operations working closely with senior management to strengthen our people function. What You’ll Do

Recruitment Talent Acquisition

Primary Focus: Continuously and proactively headhunt, source and recruit high-performing real estate agents and sales professionals to join HEAVEN Properties maintaining a strong and active talent pipeline at all times. Own the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing outreach candidate screening interviews assessments offer management and onboarding coordination. Develop and execute creative multi-channel sourcing strategies through LinkedIn NaukriGulf job portals referrals networking events real estate communities social media and direct headhunting to consistently attract top-performing talent. Build expand and maintain a strong professional network within Dubai s real estate industry including agencies brokerages industry events and referral channels. Assess candidates for sales aptitude communication negotiation skills motivation and alignment with a high-performance sales culture. Track recruitment KPIs maintain talent pipeline reports and provide regular hiring updates and insights to senior management. Partner closely with senior management to understand business growth targets and translate them into proactive and ongoing recruitment strategies.

HR Specialist

Support the development implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies processes and best practices aligned with business objectives and UAE labor regulations. Partner with management to drive employee engagement performance management organizational development and employee retention initiatives. Provide day-to-day HR guidance on employee-related matters while fostering a positive collaborative and high-performing workplace culture. Support initiatives that enhance employee development retention and overall organizational effectiveness. Prepare HR reports workforce insights and people analytics to support management decision-making. Ensure HR practices remain compliant with UAE labor regulations and internal company policies.

• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition and HR experience within Dubai/UAE.
• Proven experience recruiting sales professionals or real estate agents.
• Existing network within Dubai's real estate industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with continuous headhunting.
