Richkey Properties in Dubai is seeking a Junior Real Estate Recruiter to support and execute recruitment activities for our real estate teams in Dubai. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordination and follow-up to ensure timely hiring.

This execution-focused recruitment role requires hands-on experience in real estate recruitment in Dubai and a strong understanding of the local market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate recruitment in Dubai.
• Currently based in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and hiring requirements.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job portals, databases and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for real estate roles (agents and back-office positions).
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Support offer coordination and onboarding processes.
• Ensure recruitment activities follow agreed timelines and quality standards.

About the Role
