H&S Real Estate Dubai is seeking a proactive, strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience recruiting top-performing real estate professionals in Dubai. The role focuses on building a strong pipeline of Real Estate Agents and Sales Professionals and delivering end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate recruitment or talent acquisition in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its talent landscape.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or other language is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment of high-performing Real Estate Agents and Sales Professionals.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate talent.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, industry networks, and other sourcing channels to identify top candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Consistently achieve recruitment KPIs and meet agreed hiring targets and timelines.
• Develop and implement effective talent sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
• Support and strengthen the company’s employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports to management.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
