• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in real estate, property, brokerage, or sales-driven industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and candidate screening to interviews, selection, and hiring coordination.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract real estate agents and sales professionals.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through portals, networks, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.
• Partner with senior management to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
