Q Collection NY in the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi) is seeking a proactive HR Specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment and HR operations. You will attract qualified candidates, manage full-cycle recruitment, and partner with hiring managers to build a strong workforce.

The role requires mid-level experience across HR functions, strong sourcing skills, and hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS and CRM platforms. On-site at Abu Dhabi with a focus on local market hiring.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR, talent acquisition, recruitment or related role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and talent-acquisition processes.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases and networks.
• Excellent interviewing, screening and selection skills.
• Knowledge of employment practices, HR policies and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS/CRM and recruitment platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce requirements and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates; coordinate interviews.
• Prepare candidate summaries, dashboards and hiring recommendations.
• Oversee offer processes, salary discussions, and pre-employment checks.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/HRIS and HR systems.
• Track KPIs like time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
