Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi seeks a Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment across the organization. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, supporting onboarding and candidate experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, maintain ATS, and build a talent pipeline to meet current and future needs in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. The role requires professional communication, meticulous data entry, and adherence to UAE labor laws.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates across multiple channels.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Familiarity with job posting platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct in-person assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Administer virtual assessments to screen and evaluate candidates across multiple stages of the recruitment process.
• Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate information.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
