You will administer and optimize the ATS, conduct in-person and virtual assessments, and build a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates across multiple channels.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
