Star Services LLC in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and HR operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR and at least 3 years UAE experience, strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, and excellent communication in English (Arabic a plus). The position offers health insurance, annual leave and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Assist with performance management process, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures and local labor laws.
• Handle employee payroll and benefits administration.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
