The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers, use multiple sourcing methods, manage the ATS, and ensure a positive candidate experience, while complying with local regulations and immediate availability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in Services sector.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• English proficiency is a must.
• Candidates with their own visa and cancelled visa.
• Immediate availability mandatory.
