Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Abu Dhabi seeks a Territory Manager - Surgery to drive growth, manage OR-based sales activities, and present our surgical solutions to doctors and healthcare professionals. The role emphasizes strong relationship building, presentation skills, and in-service training within our MedTech portfolio.

Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, pharmacy or medical science, 1–2 years in medical devices, and English fluency (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, pharmacy or medical science.
• 1-2 years’ experience in medical devices.
• Experience in OR and presentation skills.
• Gulf Countries experience is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Identify achievable quarterly target customers across segments to meet annual business plans.
• Achieve quarterly, monthly and weekly sales goals through efficient use of time and resources.
• Follow the sales process to advance customers along the selling cycle.
• Expand knowledge to represent the full product line professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with education on product applications, features and benefits.
• Manage relationships and communications with customers in a cooperative, timely manner.
• Attend OR with focus on specialties 3 days a week.
• Conduct in-service trainings on company systems to HCPs (surgeons and nurses).

Education

Bachelor Degree of Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or Medical science.

Fluent English (and Arabic a plus)
