Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain markets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
