Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Abu Dhabi seeks a Territory Manager - Surgery to drive growth, manage key accounts and lead OR-based sales activities across the Middle East region.

The role requires 1–2 years of medical devices experience, strong presentation skills and proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus. You will engage surgeons and healthcare professionals, lead training sessions, and contribute to strategic territory plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or Medical science.
• 1–2 years’ experience in medical devices.
• Experience in OR and presentation skills.
• Tender management knowledge.
• Gulf Countries experience is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Identify quarterly target customers across segments to meet annual business plans.
• Achieve quarterly, monthly and weekly sales goals using time and resources efficiently.
• Follow the sales process to advance target customers along the selling cycle.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines to present to customers professionally.
• Educate customers on product applications, features, functions and benefits.
• Manage relationships and communications with customers in a timely, cooperative manner.
• Attend OR procedures with focus on surgeries 3 days a week.
• Conduct in-service training on company systems for surgeons and nurses.

Position is based in field: (Primarily Abu Dhabi)

We are searching for the best talent for Territory Manager - Surgery.

Purpose

Generation of business growth versus previous year and Achieve 100% of the sales goal as planned quarterly and annually.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Identify achievable and relevant quarterly target customers in all segments that lead to meeting annual Business Plans.
• Accomplish quarterly, monthly and weekly priority sales goals through efficient use of time and resources.
• Routinely follow the sales process to consistently advance target customers along the selling cycle.
• Continuously expand knowledge necessary to represent our complete product line to all customer segments in a professional manner.
• Routinely ensure customer satisfaction with all products by providing education in proper product application, features, functions and benefits.
• Manage business relationships and external/internal customer communications in a cooperative, timely and efficient manner.
• Attending O.R with all focus specialties 3 days a week.
• Conduct in-service training on company systems to HCPs (surgeons and nurses).

Main Performance Measures (Performance Goals)

• Achieve 100% of the growth goal by the end of each quarter and the year.
• Clear relationship between call activity/resource allocation and sales results with target customers Consistently increase the number of calls that advance the customer along the selling cycle.
• Communications are made in a cooperative, timely, accurate and transparent manner.
• Continuously expand knowledge necessary to represent our complete product line to all customer segments in a professional manner.

Qualifications / Requirements

Education:

Bachelor Degree of Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or Medical science.

Years Of Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years’ Experience in medical devices.
• Must have experience in O.R and presentation skills.
• Tender management knowledge.
• Gulf Countries Experience is highly recommended.

Language:

Ability to Speak fluent English and Arabic is a plus.

Technical Specific Skills

Medical Knowledge of procedures and anatomy of different types of Surgeries

Must Have Leadership Skills

Strong understanding of Key account management principles

Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills with enthusiasm and determined to succeed in Customer Focus, innovation and self-confidence.
