Job summary

XAD Technologies in Dubai is seeking a proactive Fleet Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily vehicle schedules, oversee maintenance and repairs, and supervise drivers under the Fleet Manager. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics/Transport Management, 24 years of fleet supervision or logistics ops, a UAE driving license, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Transport Management or related field.
• Minimum 24 years of experience in fleet supervision or logistics operations.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• Working knowledge of UAE traffic and transportation regulations.
• Familiarity with fleet software (Fleet Complete Teletrac) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily fleet operations, dispatching and scheduling.
• Supervise drivers and ensure adherence to routes and policies.
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle logs and maintenance records.
• Coordinate minor repairs, servicing and insurance renewals.
• Ensure vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain fleet compliance documentation and reporting.

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day vehicle fleet operations. Reporting to the Fleet Manager you will be responsible for coordinating vehicle schedules overseeing maintenance and repairs supervising drivers and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on fleet experience a strong sense of accountability and the ability to manage operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily fleet operations dispatching and scheduling of vehicles

• Supervise a team of drivers and ensure adherence to assigned routes and company policies

• Monitor fuel usage vehicle logs and maintenance records

• Coordinate minor repairs regular servicing and insurance renewals

• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards

• Maintain accurate documentation for fleet compliance and reporting

• Support the Fleet Manager in cost-control and efficiency improvement efforts

• Respond to roadside emergencies and arrange alternate transportation as needed
