Job summary

XAD Technologies in Dubai is seeking a proactive Fleet Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily vehicle schedules, oversee maintenance and repairs, and supervise drivers under the Fleet Manager. The role requires hands-on fleet experience, accountability, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics/Transport Management, 24 years of fleet supervision or logistics ops, a UAE driving license, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Transport Management or related field.
• Minimum 24 years of experience in fleet supervision or logistics operations.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• Working knowledge of UAE traffic and transportation regulations.
• Familiarity with fleet software (Fleet Complete Teletrac) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily fleet operations, dispatching and scheduling.
• Supervise drivers and ensure adherence to routes and policies.
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle logs and maintenance records.
• Coordinate minor repairs, servicing and insurance renewals.
• Ensure vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain fleet compliance documentation and reporting.
• Support cost-control and efficiency improvement efforts.
• Respond to roadside emergencies and arrange alternative transport.
