Job summary

Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC in Dubai is seeking a Fleet Administrator to manage registrations, insurance, service schedules and performance reporting. The role involves coordinating with drivers, workshops, and authorities to ensure compliant fleet operations.

You will monitor maintenance, track fuel usage and mileage, assist with inspections, and prepare regular fleet reports. A 1–3 year background in fleet/logistics and MS Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in fleet, transport, logistics, or vehicle administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE transport regulations is an advantage.

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, insurance, and service schedules.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and coordinate preventive and corrective repairs.
