Job summary

A leading vehicle manufacturing company is seeking a Parts & Warranty Manager to oversee spare parts inventory and warranty processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in parts and warranty management, preferably in manufacturing or automotive sectors. Responsibilities include supplier relations, managing the warranty program efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of inventory management are essential. This position is based in Ras al-Khaimah, UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in parts management or warranty management.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive industries preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ordering, stocking, and distribution of spare parts.
• Administer the warranty program, processing claims and ensuring compliance.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts for pricing and service.
• Provide technical support for customers regarding parts and warranty services.
• Ensure compliance with warranty processes and prepare regular reports.
