E360 Consulting is seeking an experienced Vendor & Contract Manager to oversee supplier relationships and commercial contracts across programs and client engagements in Abu Dhabi. You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Shared Services to ensure vendors deliver quality, meet obligations and deliver value.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of contract management/procurement experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with legal and procurement stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple suppliers and contracts in a project-based or consulting environment.
• Proficiency with Oracle procurement modules (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Procurement Contracts).
• Working knowledge of UAE commercial and procurement practices.

Mansioni

• Manage the contract lifecycle from scope definition through renewal and closure.
• Partner with program teams to define supplier requirements, deliverables, SLAs and acceptance criteria.
• Support vendor sourcing and selection with technical and commercial input.
• Manage relationships with vendors, consultants and service providers; ensure timely issue resolution.
• Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and KPIs; coordinate reviews and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate vendor and contract records, tracking key dates and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance to monitor contract expenditure and milestone payments.
• Identify and elevate contractual, commercial and supplier risks, including scope changes and cost overruns.
• Apply Group procurement policies and governance requirements; work with Shared Services on improvements.
• Use Oracle procurement and contract management modules to maintain records, support workflows and produce reports.
