Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior leader to serve as Vice President, Procurement Contracts, guiding the end-to-end contracting lifecycle for major projects across group companies. Based on-site in Abu Dhabi, the role focuses on sourcing strategy, bidder evaluation, tendering, and commercial negotiations to maximize value and compliance.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of procurement management experience in a large oil and gas organization.
• 10+ years in progressively senior managerial roles and proven leadership of large professional teams.
• CIPS Level 4 or higher certification, held or currently in progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracting services across ADNOC Group Companies.
• Oversee procurement contracts supporting capital projects, upstream studies, drilling, operations, and support services.
• Direct strategic sourcing and centralized procurement initiatives across Group Companies.
• Coordinate with Legal and other relevant functions to ensure compliant tendering and contract award processes.
• Manage governance, risk, and supplier performance throughout the contract lifecycle.
