Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in procurement, supply chain, business administration, finance or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management, such as CIPS, is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating multiple procurement workstreams and following up on deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and outstanding actions.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with Sourcing, Contracts, and Vendor Management to monitor procurement activities and ensure timely completion of actions.
• Follow up with section owners on pending tasks, approvals, delays, and unresolved issues with clear owners and target dates.
• Maintain updated overview of procurement activities, priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding matters across sections.
• Monitor sourcing and tendering activities including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, tender issuance, evaluations, approvals, and handover to Contracts; follow up on delays and awards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to provide technical specifications, evaluation inputs, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor contract-related activities: preparation, review, negotiation, approvals, execution, renewal, amendment, and closure.
