Job summary

SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAUL.L.C is seeking a procurement professional to deliver general procurement operations aligned with our centralized strategy in Abu Dhabi. You will work with business units to understand requirements, execute the annual procurement plan, and forecast demand to optimize inventory and costs.

The role requires 2-5 years in procurement, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and experience with vendor selection, RFP management, and contract execution.

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Procurement, Supply Chain Management.
• Commercial know-how and 2-5 years of procurement experience.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver General Procurement operations aligned to the Centralised Procurement strategy and meet team objectives.
• Collaborate with business and stakeholders to understand General Procurement requirements.
• Execute annual General Procurement plan within guidelines and timeframes.
• Develop procurement planning for goods and materials for client functions.
• Forecast item-specific demand and manage rolling procurement plans.
• Perform inventory management and forecasting to maintain optimum stock levels.
• Assist in selecting vendors to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
• Issue and administer RFPs, ensuring timelines are met by stakeholders and vendors.
• Onboard vendors and ensure AML/compliance controls are followed.
• Secure security clearance of vendors where appropriate.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and major equipment vendors.
• Work with Legal to provide robust contracts and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain vendor contracts database and digital procurement profiles.
