Sundus Recruitment and Outsourcing Services in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks a seasoned professional for Contract and Vendor Management within the procurement function. You will oversee the complete contract lifecycle, vendor governance, and performance monitoring while coordinating with legal, finance, and operations teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in contract or procurement management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Contract Management, Law, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in contract management, vendor management, procurement, or commercial management.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and vendor governance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with contract/procurement/ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contracts through drafting, review, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, and closure.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, procurement) and vendors to ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs, SLAs, timelines, and quality standards.
• Identify and manage contractual, commercial, and operational risks.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, vendor documentation, and approvals.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and support audits.
