Zusammenfassung

TPConnects, a leading travel content aggregator and distribution Travel Tech company, is seeking an Account Manager, Travel Seller in Dubai. You will manage a portfolio of travel seller accounts, build trusted advisor relationships, and drive account growth through renewals and expansion.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's or Master's degree required or equivalent.
3–6 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services or Project Management, preferably in travel technology.
Knowledge of travel distribution, GDS, TMCs, airlines, NDC or related travel technology solutions.
Experience working with B2B customers.
Previous experience in travel technology, airline, GDS or travel management company is advantageous.
Experience supporting software implementations or technology projects is beneficial.

Aufgaben

Travel Seller Accounts Ownership: Directly manage TPConnects' travel seller accounts and act as trusted advisor.
Build and maintain multi-level relationships with stakeholders from ops teams to executives.
Align internal cross-functional teams (product, engineering, support, operations) around customer priorities and commitments.
Serve as the escalation point for complex issues, ensuring rapid resolution and protecting customer trust.
